Baltimore Chimneys provides chimney sweeping, repair, installation, and inspection services. All estimates provided are subject to change upon physical inspection of the property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We guarantee our workmanship. However, Baltimore Chimneys is not liable for existing structural defects, pre-existing water damage, or issues arising from natural wear and tear. Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
